We have time slots available Sunday-Thursday every week.
After our consultation, you’ll receive a welcome email from us recapping our call and laying out any documents or actions required to be completed before we begin.
Once you complete the necessary tasks, we can get you on the schedule.
We’re well aware that schedules fill up with school and extracurricular activities. In an ideal world, we ask that you commit to a recurring, weekly time slot that works for both your and our schedules.
We understand that many schedules just don’t allow that sort of commitment and do our best to accommodate scheduling requests. We have 100% flexibility for cancellations and rescheduling so long as our 24-hour cancellation policy is respected.

We take students whose schedules change from week-to-week.
In that case, we will schedule sessions on a weekly basis directly with the parent or student. We aim to send scheduling requests on Thursdays for any following week.
Please let us know of any scheduling issues as soon as possible, so we can ensure you have a spot every week!

Yes, Max will personally send email/text updates every few sessions or more frequently depending on each student’s needs.
We also offer a complimentary 20-minute parent call for every 4 sessions to answer any questions or discuss any concerns.

We work with clients throughout the US, so most of our sessions take place online via Zoom, giving our students and their parents much needed flexibility.
We do offer in-person tutoring to local clients in the Los Angeles area. Availability for this service is limited, so please note your interest in in-person sessions as soon as possible.
